Farewell Dinner

Main Course:

Option 1 - Corvina fillet with shrimp tapenade, on creamy spinach

Option 2 - Grilled ribeye with mushroom sauce, accompanied by potato mousseline

Dessert: Volcano cake with vanilla ice cream
